Accountability is a concept and a proven methodology developed by Mark Samuel. It stands for ownership — taking responsibility and following through. Showing initiative, keeping commitments, and achieving results together. It forms the foundation of my way of working.

With a strong foundation in healthcare management, both in the Netherlands and internationally, he has managed care facilities, supported caregivers, and developed solutions that improve patient outcomes. His background in social entrepreneurship and international development strengthens his ability to simplify complex challenges and guide organizations toward sustainable results.
